Is it possible to get a nice finish on sikaflex like you can with silicone?

As above, I was just wondering if you can get a nice finish on sikaflex and if so, how?? I can get a really nice finish with silicone having spent many a summer labouring for my dad who is a tiler, but wasn't sure if sikaflex would be the same, mainly cos I usually use a wet finger for silicone.

a finger dipped in fairy was which kit's tip but i found brake cleaner is good for tidying up and works well as a solvent

I've used Sikaflex quite a lot on my Motorhomes. You need some "Fugenboys", you can get a brilliant professional looking finish with them.

I found that meths is a good cleaner and if you moisten the top surface before it goes really hard you can use the finger technique to polish the surface with good results

swafega wiv water on a latex glove works realy well or tyre soap can make it really smooth and the swafega just dry's off as does the tyre soap
