HVLP Sprayers

While helping a mate out to spray his motor who had bought a new Earlex HVLP Spraystation 3000 we just could not get a decent finish no matter how we thinned or thickened the paint (cellulose), the atomisation was cr@p. Out of desparation we called Earlex on the helpline on their website, the techie guy said it could be the needle and needle jets and asked for our address.
The following day in the post completely free of charge arrived 2 different sizes of needles and fluid caps, problem solved.
Got to take my hat off, very rare you get that kind of service these days.
Cheers,
Bob
