eezibleed problem
set my eezibleed kit up tonight.
First observation is the non of the caps it comes with fitted my MS...a lot of fluid all over the floor later, I drilled an old cap, and now it holds
pressure fine.
Managed to get the pedal to go stiff at one point, but still spongy. sealed that bleedd nipple. opened up far one, pedal went soft, tried one at a
time, both together, pumping pedle, not pumping pedal...but nothing!
I cant get any resistance in the pedal at all now
The eezibleed bottle might have ran dry at one point, but the MS was never empty as far as I know.
I'm only doing the front brakes at the mo, but this is doing my head in.
I thought they were meant to make it eaiser!! ARG!
Any tips? I'm next planning on filling the ezibleed to the brim, pressuring up, openeing BOTH bleed nipples and running a hole bottles worth
through, whilst waggling my braided hoses and taping the calipers.
Flipping 5 litre bottle cost me £15 and I'm already half way through it!

If all else fails open all nipples at the same time watch fluid and close front first, guaranteed to work.

HAHA!
I'm tempted to delete this post to hide my shame - but no, it will stand for all time to help out any other locost builders who shouldn;t be
allowed tools.
What a thicko!
My rear brakes arn't plumped in yet, so my bias bar was making all the motion go to the rear MS... becuase the front was hard as a rock!
DOH!
It was working fine, and had been all along. I jammed the other MS with a crowbar, pushed the pedal and it got about half way and is solid as solid
can be!
Stupid flipping idiot, I didn;t even consider the bias bar would do that!
Right, I;m off to watch seaseme street.

technically you don't but it just makes doubly certain there's no air in m/c

Even using an eazybleed, i have to unbolt the front calipers (wilwood) and invert them a time or two, to get all the air out.
