M19 tap wanted..
Where can I get an M19 x 0.8 or imperial equivalent?
Want to to tap a bit of alli for a starter switch.
Does such a size exist? Where from?

most starter switches I've seen have their own nut
only M19's I can see are for 1 & 1.5, not 0.8
sure you have measured the thread correctly?

3/4 UNF probably..... but 16 tpi = 1.58 mm pitch

Yep, measured it at either M19X0.8 or 3/4"-40tpi.
I'll have a go at putting a recess in and bonding the nut in the top, that should do it.
