Any experience of STAMOS TIG sets?
Anyone any experience of
these.
Not seen an ac/dc unit that cheap before..

Same unit as the other cheap TIGs including the one I bought in a group buy two years ago for £400. Still going strong despite my use and abuse... HF
start is poor on these though. And the supplied torch is poor. I've replaced with a decent parweld torch and it's great.

If you want something that is guaranteeed fo last...
Look at the R-Tech stuff.... Imported from china, but it has a decent waranty... and for the price I understand the gear is fantastic!

Looks like the Chinese TIG sets but with "Germany" printed on the front.
It is precious for sure, as used in Lord of the Rings to fight the long haired forces of evil.
