Radiator fan fitting kit

Can I use these to attach the oil cooler to my rad? LINK

I have used them to fit my fan but I would say that they will not hold the weight of an oil cooler.

I've also heard they tend to saw through the matrix from vibrations so I'd probably use something else or make a bracket to mount the cooler to the chassis rather than the radiator

I have also heard about radiator failures due to the cable tie edges...

In fact... I'm not.. fabrcating brackets for the oil cooler. I cannot fit it in fron of the rad so it had to go behind But I am going to try a naca duct to try and get some more cold air over it.
