A few years ago there were some very good instruction on using 4 of these for tracking. From what I remember it was quite effective.

Why, are some lasers not straight? The less expensive lasers have bends in the beam or something???

The hardest part would be setting up the datum from the chassis, so that it is square and true. Once youve got that, you can then measure to the
laser, to ensure both sides are the same.
With the laser being a flat line, you could probably set up camber as well as toe.
Kindest Regards,
Richard.

Hello,
i have a laser from that kind from Lidl.
I am not very happy of it.
The ray of light is straight, but not parallel to the body .
So, i always have to level the body before use the ray of light.

No, the the beams aren't always completely parallel with the body of the level.
