Anyone got a lathe in Northampton - need a favour
I did something really stupid this morning and now I either need a M18 or M20 ish thread repairing or a 1/8NPT thread tapping into a hollow steel bolt
(R1 oil/cooler heat exchanger).
Anyone in Northampton (near to NN4 would be a bonus) either got a lathe and a decent 1/8 NPT tap (or the means to restore the thread) or know of a
friend machine shop that can do the job for me?
I ideally need it done today or tomorrow.
It was one of those completely stupid moments and I still can't believe I did it.

in hinckley, can drill and tap 1/8 npt for you
