Quick question ARP Flywheel bolts Zetec and clutch fasteners

What are people torquing up the bolts to on a Zetec flywheel, are you using the standard Ford/Haynes settings of 50, 80 and 112 Nm in three stages?

Are you using them with threadlock or some form of lube as mentioned on the ARP pages?

On the clutch I have a feeling the bolts holding the clutch on the flywheel are sarrated heads, but would I be OK using M10 and shake-proof washers if I stick with 8.8 grade, I do not have the original bolts.

Bump anyone used ARP flywheel fasteners let me know which way they did them. The ARP web page does not have instructions out there for the Zetec set.
