Radiused Edges
Is there a specific tool for putting a neat radius on the edge of steel?
Or is it just a case of doing your best with a Dremel and hoping the finished product looks good?

How thick is the metal?
Can you not draw file it? Then finish with emery cloth.

Tell them about the bent treacle edges!

What thickness materail and how big a piece? How good (accurate, uniform) does it have to be?
A dremel in my opion is the wrong tool - too small and difficult to control. You will have the most control with a hand file.
Otherwise run a flex back sanding disc on an angle grinder along the edge.

You can do it quickly. You can do it cheap. You can do it right. – Pick any two.

I have it on good authority that a decent putting on file can develop a very nice curved edge Not tried it myself though.

If it's sheet metal, use a wired or
beaded edge:

You can try using a Dynafile I get excellent results with them. Available in air operated and in elect versions.
Have look at Dynafile / Dynabrade Mini Air Belt File Sander Linisher | eBay
