Anyone know a source for small copper grub screws?

Do these exist in the real world? (ie not models)
I'd expect them to be too soft for anything, brass being more common

As above Silicon Bronze if corrosion resistance is required.

^^^^ as above - copper is soft so would be like making them from chocolate; you can get copper plated screws (steel) so not as good for conducting
electricity.
what size and for what purpose? maybe the collective lcb brain can come up with an alternatice.

Wouldn't be too hard to make them on a lathe if copper is essential.
Could probably make them with a die if you can find the right diameter copper rod.

They have to be copper. i have to plug a small threaded hole in a machined copper part, I'm going to weld over the top then to ensure air
tightness.
I will probably end upp machining from copper bar, I have a lathe (3 actually)

Why not weld the hole up?
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Weld copper ? -- a non-starter I think, I would investigate using silver solder.

Welding up a small blind hole in a largeer copper isn't going to be easy, braze welding/silver soldering/soldering is always going to be the
preferred option.
Another method of sealing holes in soft metal parts is to put a lead shot in the hole and peen it with a punch.
