Mate,
I am in charge of a wood working shop and have four carpenters working for me. Nearly all of our guys have nipped off finger ends or done some damage
in the past on fully guarded machines. 50% of the time its the table saw that gets them.
The SECOND you disrespect your saw it will pay you back in kind. By taking fingers etc. Respect it at all times.
I have seen a guy remove the riving blade on the back of a table saw then a hour later another guy came along and put a piece of 2x2 through the wrong
way. The blade snapped up the wood and flung it 50 yards across the site.
However I do like the fact that your 'sticking it to the man'

Ok, a couple of mods me thinks.. smaller blade, I went for biggest/best but its scary.. 300mm down to 190mm I think.. I'll also put a riving
guard on it and I'm thinking of making the motor pulley smaller to slow it down a bit....

I am sure there are some calculations you can do to optimise the speed of the blade for the size of blade/teeth/wood being cut. Perhaps the blade
came with some calcs etc.

Haha, something's thankfully don't change, you're still a crazy bastard! For you to say it's scary means to a normal person
it's going to be terrifying
Stay safe mate,do the mods, you know it makes sense.

Maximum blade rpm is usually printed on the blade somewhere.
