Brightwheel Cobra

Does anyone on here have a brightwheel cobra?

i have a mate with one sitting in his garage that he bought as a part built.

He's now looking for some info for IVA but doesnt really know where to start and wondered if anyon on here had experience of getting one through SVA/IVA?
