Deburring? (Especially on the 'inside'?)
Can anyone recommend suitable tools and/or techniques for deburring holes I've drilled in order to rivet panels on? I'm especially
wondering how I deburr inside the chassis rails, or if that is actually possible? Holes are 3.2mm so not a lot of room to get a tool in!!!

I've always used this tool. It also has interchangeable blades.

Yup. That is what I would use. Its great for all metals and plastics.

Google EZ Burr.
That's what I use for back deburring holes.

I also use these but had to grind down the back of one of the tools to do the back of 4.1mm diameter holes (my Avex multigrip rivet size), not sure
they do a blade for blind holes of diameter 3.2mm.

In a blind hole don't be too aggressive in case the tool comes out of the holder and slips into the hole, never to be seen again. Why do I know?
You guess.

Looks like the tool to have - where did you get yours from? Finding it a bit awkward to work out if there are UK stockists..?

Does that allow you to debur the 'blind' side of a hole though? Concerned about clearance as my holes are only 3.2mm

Still haven't bought a tool for this, anyone got experience of using one of these - which appears to be the UK-available version of the
EZBurr...?
