Cutting holes in c/f dash
Does anyone know where I can get some 52mm and 80mm hole saws? I have a c/f dash so the holes don't need to be oversize to cope with vinyl
padding, etc.
None of the sets of hole saws I have seen have those sizes, but my thought is that cutting that way would likely be neater than the drill/cut/file
method.

try electrical wholesalers like city electrical or Edmundsons....or plumbers merchants..
or try screwfix...
be careful you don't make the holes too big though....they can widen out..

Chain drill, pop the centres out, then use a dremel or similar with a sanding drum in it to smooth off the edges and make them the exact size.
The sanding drums also work brilliantly for trimming GRP accurately and very neatly.

Thanks for the advice. Sounds like slow and steady wins the race - just hope I can get the holes to line up!
