Where to get non adhesive PVC tape ?
Whats it actually properly called ? I cant wait for it to arrive from VWP and I dont really want to fork out yet more postage. Maplin dont seem to
sell it, nor B&Q either.

I would guess you mean self amalgamating tape for the wiring loom.
Try and do a search, someone posted details about a supplier recently but i cant find the thread.

Nope, I mean non-adhesive PVC tape
Page 6 of orange VWP catalogue, TNA19 and TNA25. Some of my loom was wrapped in it when I got my car, I snipped it all off in order to modify it to
suit my needs and now I want to wrap it all up again and dont want to use ordinary sticky stuff. If I want to make more changes it will be all nasty
and sticky by the time I come to do it, this non-adhesive stuff is ace.

A decent motorcycle shop should have it, i.e one where they do repairs etc.
Give a few local ones a ring
(I got mine from premier btw)

Dorridge Auto spares sell non-adhesive loom tape. At least they did the last time I looked around in that corner of the shop.
Dorridge Auto Ltd
Units 17-18, Forest Court, Dorridge, Solihull, West Midlands B93 8HN
Tel: 01564 776144
But I should think you'll find somewhere more local.

I've got two and a half rolls of non adhesive insulating tape. I'm not 100% certain it is PVC, but is black, slightly stretchy, and not
at all sticky....
You're welcome to have a roll of it for the price of a padded envelope and a stamp!
U2U me if you want it...
Andy
Dammit! Too many decisions....

I'll second this lot... They have it I got some a couple of weeks ago.
Good service and good prices.
Satisfied customer of theirs... 2 Land Rover Rebuilds, and now the Viento.
