Can anyone lend me an Engine Stand?
Yes I know they are cheap but I need it for a couple of weeks and I don't have the space to store it afterwards.
Happy to part with a couple of beer tokens and leave a deposit.
I am in Reading so it must be in collectable distance.
Cheers Alan

There's one on ebay in Cranleigh finishing soon. It's about £27 buyer collects at the moment. A new one is only £32. They dismantle so the
space they take is minimal and you could flog it on at a loss if you are thinking of hiring one anyway. You don't need a big one if you are
using it for a car engine.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Thanks guys for all the offers. Trouble is you don't have to drive far these days to run up the petrol cost of these things!
I guess I will buy it and stuff it in the loft afterwards.

Give me a shout offline. You can collect anytime this week.
So close you could almost walk it!
