Aldi Compessor

Got meself a bargain compressor from Aldi...

Hmm... needs some SAE30 oil for it, where the hell do I get that. Ford T, yes in 1920!

In 2007 where can I get some sae30 oil.

Will 10-40 do OK?

do not use engine oil in it. you need something without the detergent and additives.

When I bought mine last year (previous Aldi offer) it was already full of oil. Is yours empty ?

Castrol Motorcycle Front Fork oil is SAE30
try a M/Bike Shop.

Can u not just out compressor oil in it?? Thats obtainable from any motorfactors., Im sure halfrauds sell it.

I bought an Aldi compressor yesterday (there were loads left in the Plymouth store btw if anyone local was thinking of buying one.)
Like others, mine was already filled with oil. I apologise if I'm 'teaching granny to suck eggs' here, but have you checked the sight glass to see if the oil comes up to the 'red dot' level? (obviously, the compressor needs to be sat on a level surface with wheels and front rubber foot fitted.)
