WHERE DO I GET THIS???
i think its a socket driver (its an exstention 1/2 or1/4 bar with a screwdriver handel built in )
SEE PICS WHAT ARE THEY CALLED AND WHERE CAN I BUY THEM??

It is called a socket driver. if it has a socket fixed on the end, then it is called a nut spinner.

They normally come with most socket sets - nut spinner imo
