Ali cooling pipe bead creation
I have some salvaged ali pipes that I plan to use in my cooling system (32mm and 20mm OD with 1mm wall thickness), is there a locost way of creating a
bead on each end of the tubes to help keep the hoses on?? Obviously they will be jubilee cliped too.

Why do they call Port Harcourt "The Garden City"?...... Becauase they can't spell Stramash.

Cheer, Some good ideas in there.
I like the mole grips, ball bearing, M5 nut and insulation tape version. That's locost.
