Werther lift
Afternoon all , hoping some one can help. Yesterday I managed to get my hands one of these...
http://www.wertherint.com/lang_en/prodotti/autoattrezzature/sollevatori/sollevatori2colonne_2postlifts/pdf/255.pdf
Im after a wiring diagram for it as it had a three phase motor and I intend to fit a single phase but use as much of the existing switch gear as
possible.
Thanks.

Can you actually get 6HP single phase motors?

probably not. Im gonna fit a 4hp as that is what was on the other lift the guy had, and if it struggles ill just fit a reduction gear box or
centefugal clutch

Can't help with the wiring but changing the pulleys will alter the gearing if needed with a lower HP motor

Close enough though
Linky
Even with that you've still got a good cheap lift, maybe sell on the 3 phase motor to recover a bit back?

One issue you will have with a single phase motor is reversing it so make the lift go down again.
Your easiest bet might be an inverter, you can pick them up from ebay for ~100-150quid, wiring will then become trivial.
Assuming you fit a single phase motor that can be reversed, you can probably use a lot of the existing switching but for just a single phase. (Ie,
leave the third (and possibly fourth) wires disconnected.)
Good luck!
