Parts gallow

Was thinking of making a rectangular box section frame with heavy duty steel mesh laid across the top. The idea is to suspend the frame so that it'll allow me to hang parts from it for cleaning/painting. It's only gonna be about 300x600mm. Can anyone suggest a supplier for the mesh? Nationwide if possible.

Concrete reinforcing.

Have a look round for construction sites. There's usually some lying around the place after they knock off.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Pete,

Not a bad idea. Tend to come across them once in a while due to work. I'll keep my eyes open.

Cheers.

Not a bad idea, but mightn't be able to weld it if the grill's been plated.
