That's the internationally recognised symbol for the 'Floating Egg Pokers". They're harmless, unless you're a floating
egg.

Its a gang symbol for a rival estate agent,
Think about it, think about it again and then do it.

If it offers any comfort, I work for a company that puts up boards for estate agents (about 80,000 a month) and I've never seen one with that
symbol on it
Lots of other (usually phallic) symbols though.

You might find it's a Pikey symbol! They use them to indicate if a property is worth a break-in, too risky, or nothing worth stealing etc.
It looks like the Midget is winning at the moment......

I'd go with possibly pikey symbol, Might be worth giving the police a bell and asking about that sort of thing. If nothing else it might shed
some light on it.

Do a Google search for "Burglars Chalk" and it will show you what symbols mean

I know there's thoughts of pikey symbols etc. but chances are it's just an oik with a marker pen - why would you tag a house for burglary
when you could just send someone a rightmove link to the property and avoid leaving a tag to link yourself to a crime?
It is worth checking in with the local plod though, just to be sure.

It's the new Enviroment Agency initiative. After the floods this year they're marking all houses for sale with a "plimsoll
line" showing where the water will come up to after the ice caps melt.

Like this one...
In 2009 in Tanbridge, Surrey, near East Grinstead, police warned about a similar set of codes – dubbing it the Da Pinchi Code.

As its a house your selling, it probably means
"house for sale, so everything is packed, bring a large van and a few mates and in 30 mins you have cleared the place, as its all in boxes ready
!"
Thats was probably spelt wrong, or had some grammer, that the "grammer police have to have a moan at

If you've upset someone it's normally marked on the pavement, maybe they had a bad back and used the for sale sign?????? Lol.......
