machining favour
Can someone with a lathe do a little job for me for cash or beers.
Need a 36-1 trigger wheel for a bike engine to replace the stock 4 tooth one. I have a suitably sized 36-1 wheel. Stock one needs to be cut back to
leave about 24mm and then the new wheel drilled same size so I can tack weld it in place.
Cheers.

I don't understand fully, I assume you want the existing wheel turned off and the new one bored out and fitted to the old shaft? If you are not
in a hurray and the distance (Scotland) is not an issue then drop it off in the post.

Its from the rather un-originally named trigger-wheels.com. Mine is 51mm diameter -the smallest but they do a variety of sizes.
