New TIG. Woooo Hoooo
Took the bull by the horns today and ordered my new AC/DC Tig.
Decided on a Miller in the end.
Three weeks before I get it though.
Can't wait to have a play.

You lucky bar steward
Bet there wasn't much change from £2k for a miller inverter?
Would love to have a drive when you are up and running.

Delete your post immediately before SWMBO sees it.
Your welcome to a go with the Sureweld Tig.

Super duper giant ally race cans, there's got to be a market.
Better make it snappy. The Sureweld will be on eBay soon.
They'll be a three month delay after that while I learn how to set up the new one.
More buttons that you can shake a stick at.
Viper. Hi. I think the syncrowave is a conventional thyristor type machine, i.e. big power input.
I'm getting a Dynasty 200 DX, inverter type. 110v, 240v or 400v input.
Never used a Miller before, of any sort.
We shall see.

The most important welding lesson is .......
Don't tell SWMBO how much it cost!!!!
I will leave a half empty can of blue paint, complete with an unwashed brush, next to the new one.
"Painted the yellow one blue dear.... thought I'd smarten it up a bit."

Do you mean the Sandbags troll this site for budget checks? That is worse than porn. No matter how much weight they put on they can still get through
your pockets
