Braided Brake Hoses.
Does anyone know where I could purchase a basic kit to make my own brakes hoses? As I need to few new ones (not just for the kit) and I always like
to make, not buy!!!!!
Cheers in advance.

Goodrich are a good source of all things brake line related - they will even make them to your spec. You could even try your local hydraulics factor.
Mr SVA is suspicious of diy brake lines and might need to see the spec sheet for all the connectors used so be careful

When thinking outside the box doesn't work any more, it's time to build a new box

I bought mine from Rally Design and made them up to suit. SVA'd OK but I took photos of the indiviual parts before assembly, so that I had got
something to show the inspector if asked.
On the day he didn't raise it as an issue, which was a good job as I forgot to take the photos with me.

Your local hydraulics factor should be able to supply you with all the parts to make your own, be careful if they throw the goodridge catalogue at you
as it's got millions of different sizes and types of ends/fittings, make sure you know exactly what type and size, even thread size before you
order. There are numerous different materials aswell, get something shiny that won't rust!
