Max total 600kg should be alright for most Locosts shouldn't it unless you've got some horrendous front:rear split but then you should
probably sort that out rather than doing corner weights!!!

Digital scales are crap, cheap ones anyway. My mate bought some when he went on a diet and celebrated when he got down to 13 stone. I weighed myself
on them and I was 8.5 stone, that made them just 2 stone out.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Don't fancy rolling my car onto scales with a glass top, tempered or not!

Hi but to corner weight a locost weight car you are looking for 2kg here and 2kg there.
You won't get the acuracy with that method for this weight of car.

Surely you also need to know the car is level, jacking a wheel off the ground maybe okay on a LR. For us 1mm may make a differnce of 5kg.
Cheap scales should be okay though as its not weight you are interested in but balance. You just need to load each scale with 125kg and make a note,
this then provides a datum when you poke under the wheels. Just calibrate when loaded.
But I do agree, its a good idea.
