TIG Welder Bulk Buy 2006

Last year, there was a bulk buy where several of use purchased the below TIG welder.

Well, I have just decided to have a go (in anger) with mine, but cant find my manual. I know which bits connect where, but, can some kind fellow tell which knob does what 'Pre-flow, postflow' etc.

Cheers in advance,

The Baron.

Have a good look at this link as its a useful amperage calculator, and also for the gas flow / size of metal etc.
Its a good starting point for us beginners.

Getting the settings right is a large part of getting a good weld.

Linky

Also do a Bit Torrent search for "TIG Welding Basics.avi" Its a 1/2Gb long training video. Well worth watching. The bloke is a bit boring, but it covers the subject well, and explains a lot. - Well worth downloading, and using in conjunction with the link above to the Miller calculator.
If you are new to this like I am, its a big help.

IIRC it was about £400 with a pedal, torch and a few spares for it.
