Does anyone know how to remove vinyl stickers off a van? I've tried peeling them but they're stuck like....

we use a paint stripping gun to remove our stickers, or you could try a hair dryer

Hadn't thought of a hairdryer - cheers will give it a bash. Do you get them wet first?

Then some gunwash to remove the residue + Farecla G3 to cut out the fade round the letters so punters can't tell what the van used to be....

I would use a hairdryer first at a heat gun can be a little fierce. but generally as above

oooh, good morin' 
guy over the road bought a cheap 2nd van because the guy who works with him was using his own car to put strimmers and other gardening stuff in.
we tried getting the stickers off and ended up using a blow torch. didn't burn the paint, er, too much. no, it didn't really at all, just
1 or 2 patches where i left it in place too long

all the above advice is good.
I took all the stickers off my race car last year with
hair dryer to get them nice and warm
plastic ruler to get them started
WD40 to get rid of the adhesive that is left on the car
took 3 nights to get them all off though!!!

You can also use isopropyl alcohol to get the old adhesive off.

in the body shop i worked it we used a kettle of hot water its the easyest way and no damage to the van.

I used to be a signmaker and have done a few hundred vans in my time.
Depending on the age of the decals (they get brittle with age) first try a jetwash at highest pressure. Once the water starts to penetrate it will
often lift off without leaving any residue.
Next try the hairdryer (definitely not a blowtorch! ) and soften the vinyl and gently peel back with your fingernails.
Remove any ahesive left behind with white spirit, followed by panel wipe or meths .
Finally T-cut the 'shadow' left behind if possible.

We used to pour very hot water on before the jet wash, to soften the edges and give it a better chance to lift, otherwise same as.

WD40 is excellent for removing sticky stuff. If you ever try to remove a paper sticker and just the top surface comes off, a squirt of WD40 and leave
