Another couple of paint spraying Questions

For you experts out there.
Just aquired some House of Kolor black holographic flakes, my intention is to put a couple of stripes and the mk logo on the front, scuttle bonnet nose cone, flakes are mixed in laquer then rubbed down then top coated with another coat of laquer,
How do I stop the flakes sinking in the mix (gun is gravity fed HVLP, House of kolor recommend an agitator cup,
What is an aggitator cup and what are my alternatives

Nice on Mr W....

Seriously, the proper way is with a gun with an impeller in to keep the flakes in suspension.

The locost way is a suction gun, (paint vessel underneath the nozzle) and few clean ball bearings in with the paint and keep shaking the gun gently to agitate the balls and flakes.
