anyone with a brake press ???

hi folks, struggling to bend side panels nicely, think ive got wrong hardness! anyone own a sheet metal buisness?

Took mine to a local glazing company. They had a huge bending machine for making shop front profiles. 2 minute job.

appears u may have the wrong thickness I clamped minbetween two pieces of wood then used a third piece and struck deftly with a hammer no problems at all what thickness are you bending ?

If you've got the wrong hardness it will crack when you bend it, if it's too thick you will not get a bend it will curve. I clamped mine to the chassis then bent it round the rails.
