Must admit though, I like the idea of the emery paper!

Sure cheaper than the dentist.

i broke a tooth a while ago and i actually quite like the sharp edge, its something to play with when bored!

I did read up on it at the time, apparently when your occlusion isnt correct then you will subconciously grind your teeth at night to wear them even.
