engine stand

quickie - when putting engine (red top) on a stand, do you need to remove the clutch and the flywheel or just the clutch?

Engine stand is sealy 450

When I put mine on from that end I had to take the flywheel off, but you can put it 'side on' if you find the right bolts and use a few (small) spacers, makes it easier to work on the end...

i had mine on the stand with no flywheel on

now mounted on stand, clutch removed, but not needed to remove flywheel - just needed shorter arm - to mounting plate 14mm 8.8 bolts so the plate will still rotate.
