New Nutsert Tool
Got this for work a few weeks ago, amazingly easy to use, M4 to M10!. Will wind in a stainless nutsert in 15 sec without any effort, but it was
£100!
Could be copied quite easily using an old ratchet and threaded steam pipe

Mark, out of interest (and totally off topic), have you used anything behind the ally for strength or is it just ally?

Why bother if you are only bolting the rear wing to it? The flange on the wing will add strength but it's only there to cover the wheel and
doesn't need to be strong.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

No I've just popped them in, the ally is really strong where it curves, so there is only one nutset on flat ally

And if you've got access to a lathe, you could make one in the way I've described in my web pages!
Click on the link below, the 'steering wheel', then look for 'special tools and parts'. Took 1 thrust bearing (£1) and a few
bits of scrap. Dead easy to set 8mm nutserts with a ratchet wrench.

I've seen the on Ebay before, he's been selling them for some time now, his feedback is excellent.
It looks similar in design the the one I bought from MK.
