a bloke called gavin oseman sells them regularly, cheap as chips nowadays.

I also bought a 3-phase post lift that need to run from a single phase supply.
I found the simplest and most cost effective solution was buying a new single phase 3 kW motor for just over £100. The use of a capacitor start, capacitor run arrangement gave the necessary extra starting torque.
