brake pipe flexi hose clamp
try saying that after a few too many jars.
where do i find said item? i'm looking for the 3 footed clamp which screws closed, pushing a bigger rounder central "foot" against
the 2 other smaller feet. (on a thumb screw?) (might of made that bit up) but its a compact little item as photographed in various haynes manuals.

Not sure about 'feet' type, but what I have seen in Haynes, and what I use are the bar and thumb screw type, like this...

Same as official Girling type very good --- don't harm hoses and can be used on bigger hoses.

I have a very similar pair branded Snap-On -- very handy in confined spaces, but needs care not to over tighten and damage the hose.

Best avoided they get in the way and get knocked off the pipe I had a roughly similar type branded Sykes-Pickavant which I binned as it let me down
once to often.
The Sykes-Pickavant ones were as far as I can see indentical to these Draper ones -- avoid at all costs.

Just for the avoidance of an expensive mistake you know you can't clamp braided hose only regular OEM style rubber ones.
