106 Axle for Rich!

Check this out mate, its how i learned to take mine apart...

http://www.badgermotorsport.co.uk/lowering.htm

And this one helps as well although its all about the arm bearings...

http://www.ironpumacustoms.co.uk/mech/106rearbearing/index.htm

The anti roll bar is held in by the end plates you need to take off to get at the torsion bars.
The thread in the end after you take the little plastic cap off is M12 FINE.

You can use that M12 thread to wind the cap off the end and knock the ARB out the other side.

The torsion bars are held in with M8's and offset washers which sit in a groove in the arm casting.

Fiddly little things, use plenty penetrating oil!

Once you have that out the torsion can be pulled out or, I used a bit plate over the end with a n M8 stud and a nut to wind it out. The splines are off set either end and by turning it you can adjust the height of the arms.

The rest is the links above. Good luck!
