Locost suspension Swivel plates for suspension setting.
This idea came to me when in another forum discussing tracking tools.
You can use plastic kitchen worktop protectors (2 under each wheel) as swivel (aka bevel) plates to reduce friction when setting toe-in and checking
for worn joints.
The sliding friction between the two sheets of plastic is very low.

Have you done this, or is it theory?

2 pieces of thin steel sheet with a dollop of grease inbetween does the trick too. This is how we do steering checks on the aircraft at work too!
