RivNut Tool Recomendations

Can anyone recomend a good quality RivNut gun?

I don't mind spending a resonable amount of money on decent quality tools but don't want anything unnecesarily complicated or spangly, just a hard waring good quality set.

I bought one a few years back , maybe 5 years now. Got it from merlin motorsort for around £28 if I can remember. Its had a lot of use in work as well as on the kits. I did break the m5 mandrel but it was cheaply and easily replaced from Merlin's.

the Masterfix one if brilliant! To change the size of the tool its just a case of pulling it out and pushing another in, no left hand threads and all that. Also the tools don't seem to snap like the cheapo one do.

memfast services now do a kit with all the different sized manuals included. I broke one and they gave me a free one no questions asked.

Rivnut

They just work, I see no reason to buy anything else

I bought one of these.

Rivnut Rivetnut Nutsert Fitting tool M4 M5 M6 Kit car | eBay UK

Much more robust than the cheapo 'squeeze' type ones and will compress steel rivnuts easily. Also good where access is restricted.
Requires little effort to use - which is ideal if you have a weak grip etc. and there's no guess-work on how much to compress the rivnut as this is built into the tool.
IMHO it represents excellent value for money.
