Where to get machined parts made ?

Looking for somewhere to make me some adapters to fit GSXR TB's to a DCOE pattern manifold.

Does anyone know somewhere that will do small volume (4 - 12 off) machined parts ?) They will look like a DCOE flange with a stepped tube projecting from the center and be made of either a light aluminium alloy or a free machining stainless, I'm not really fussed.

Had thought about using the E-machine shop in the US but would rather spend the cash in the UK if they price is good enough.

P.S hope this is the correct section

Cheers,
Mike

On a few occassions I have needed some specialist machining or batch jobs that I was too lazy to spend hours on my lathe doing - these guy's came up trumps at VERY reasonable cost (small family firm)

Even let me supply the material on one job - gave him drawing and picked up the cnc bits a few days later - 1st class.

Dave is the guy I dealt with

http://www.applegate.co.uk/engineering/company/co_44453.htm

this is a small company thats done several jobs for my company.

Its got a staff of about 3 people, they are usually very good at making one off and lowish qty machined parts.

have contacted a local machine shop to see what they can do, will keep you posted.

Do any of the above companies have e-mail contacts ? (I have electronic copies of the drawings for quotation)

got a reply back from the local engineering place, £32.75 a piece for 4 off or dropping to £21.74 a piece for 12off

is that reasonable or should I try round some more places ? (drawings attached)

can probably back off some of the tolerances somewhat too, although theres nothing thats going to be that hard to achieve.
