Narrow Fit Bucket Seats

Does anyone have or know when i can get some narrow fit bucket seats?

I am trying to source some seats for my kit car but i am very limited in space.

Max width i can get away with is 43cm wide

Max length i can get away with is 70cm Long

Height isn't restricted.

Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated.

I had some Corbeau seat in there before but they desperately needing replacing so they are now binned.

Potentially i am after a sports type seat which aren't so built up round the sides like a bucket seat.

Thanks

Would you go for GRP? They come up much narrow than fully padded versions, and you can get padded liners for them. Theres lots of styles and most people find them very comfy.
JK Composites do a narrow seat (listed for a Striker, as they are very narrow (37cm))
However if you have 43cms then there should be other standard GRP seats that fit.

Big Vee Twin - Thanks they are spot on size wise but i am looking for something a little cheaper.

Loggyboy - I would consider GRP with padding as long as they offer the comfort? Do you know any good companies?

Cheers

I have a pair of westfield narrow body seats which would probably suit your car. They are installed in my car at present. I paid £140 for them a few years back I may be pursuaded to part with them. U2U if interested.

JK composites. Not cheap, but good repulation and nice padding options, again more money though.
Ebay have some from kitpartsdirect, but are slightly wider, but at only a few cm over your width requirement, could be trimmed and they are very cheap. They also have padded options.

I bought a pair of GRP seats from Road-Track-Race, they are 43cm at the base I think - although a fair bit wider at the shoulders. They did seem very comfortable when I tried them, i'd never sat in GRP seats before, but they are resting in the garage now, waiting for the distant future when they will get fitted!

A pair was £230, but I had to collect, the best shipping they could come up with was over £100 I think...

I have a similar problem with lack of space used MK (Martin Keenan) seats they only require 410mm or less at bottom.
