I used my engine crane to lower the front end and two people were enough to lower the back.

Cheers

Get all your mates round and just promise them a spin when it's done.
If it's only a rolling chassis - 4 of you should be able to do it.

I lowered mine before fitting engine. Used hoist to hold back end up. 2 of us lowered the front. Back end obviously lowered with the hoist.

Dead easy, no drama's.

i tend to use jacks, bricks and blocks of wood, just lower it bit by bit. A big jack could surely do it in one lift anyway, though it may fall of the back stands

Jack the back up, take the beer crates (chassis stand ) out and lower wheels onto ramp. Jack the front and move stands and lower to floor. Wheel down ramp or jack it again to move them. If you've got enough mates do it the easy way though, gives them chance to show off their muscles.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
