1/4" BSP Thread Cutting Tap
I'm helping my little bro build a CO2 powered spud gun for his A level Physics coursework.
Any suggestions where I can get a 1/4" BSP tap to cut a thread in the barrel so I can plumb in the CO2 lines?
Also, I haven't quite figured out how to fasten airlines to my pub CO2 bottle so any suggestions there will also be helpful.
P.S. I'm fitting a 10 bar safety valve to the system so he doesn't blow himself up

pretty much any tool shop!
a good bet is always cromwell tools,
www.cromwell.co.uk
when I connected my co2 bottle up to my welder, I used a pub pressure regulator, screwed a hydraulic fitting into the reg, drilled the hydraulic
adaptor, then soldered a piece of 1/4" copper hydraulic tubing into it.

I'll look in the garage tonight - you can borrow it for as long as you need if I have one.

Very good for pneumatic fittings. Use the push-in type with plastic pipe.
