igonre - added an avatar but think it is not being scaled so will be huge ... one way to find out ....

a really good tool set for image manipulation is image magick, it used to be a unix only command line tool, butthey have released it as a program (and
cmd line apps) for windows

Don't underestimate the power of MS paint.
Just open the picture in paint, press Ctrl+w and type in suitable sizes to reasize the picture by. 50% x 50% or 73% x 73% etc. Then press enter and
save the file. I preffere to save as a new file so origional picture is not effect.
Programs like photoshop are all very nice, but 90% of the program features never see the light of day and remain wasted if all your doing is croping
and resizing etc.
