BlueWeld Tig 175 DC HF

Does anybody have any views on the above welder as on
http://www.thewelderswarehouse.com/acatalog/Arc_&_Tig_Welders.html
It seems to be a reasonable buy

Made in China and appear under different brand names including Sealy . Keep an eye on ebay as they turn up in container loads someone might have them cheaper. I got a DC Tig from this manufacturer branded Powershack at Christmas. It works fine and only cost £120 including TIG and ARC torches!

As I understand it, all BlueWeld stuff is actually manufactured by Telwin

Telwin already had a UK agent, so they supply The Welders Warehouse under the BlueWeld brand.

I splashed out on a BlueWeld plasma cutter a few months back and it's been great - no problems.

From ebay or a real dealer? Is it scratch or HF start?
Price sounds amazing!

The 175 HF is as it says HF and you can get a foot pedal to work with it as well

Yes I used one at evening classes in Bury and personally found it easier to use than MIG.

OK, I was going to say have a go with mine before you buy one,
just in case you didn't get on with it.

Since you've used one you know what to look for.
