Aluminum and steel
Anyone know of good place, round south yorkshire to get alloy and steel rods for turning in the lath. Any sizes, could do with some around 30mm dia
tho.

Get yourself up to Rufforth autojumble ( just outside York) this saturday. Get all my offcuts from there. opens about 7.30-8.00. pig to park if you go
much past 9.00am. Tons of cheap lathe tools too, bring plenty of cash.

I might even make an appearance, I'll be the fat bloke queuing next to the burger van!
Seriously I'm there for some lathe tips and a boring bar and outside jaws.

Locate supplies have all ally rod & bar at crowle near scunthorpe, don't know the number off hand but you can get it from directories
I'd rather be scared to death, than bored to death !
