Good grief that's nice

Incredible, that’s the highest standard I’ve ever seen on a model plane. Looking at the interior you would never guess it wasn’t the real thing.
Simply a work of art.

Hmmm. Surely for a similar amount of effort he could have come up with a working replica??
Looks impressive though.

That's awesome. I've got a few years experience on spitfire's, very convincing, the detail is fantastic, right down to the
flexi's in the cockpit for the brake system.

Beware of the Goldfish in the tulip mines. The ONLY defence against them is smoking peanut butter sandwiches.

There was an article in a local newspaper about a lady in Spalding, Lincs who'd built a full size Spit in her (large) garage as she was
disappointed when she took her disabled son to Duxford he couldn't touch the ones there She got the blueprints, engaged the help of an ex Spit
spannerman, used her engineering degree and nous and built the thing. In the articel she was after somewhere bigger to put it as she chouldn't
put the wings on it in her garage
