SW Kitcars Meet June 25th

Hi,
The next SW kitcars group meet will be on Sat 25th June at Mark Burleys place - Xtreme Works, Loddiswell, Kingsbridge, Devon, TQ7 4DU.

From 11am the rolling road will be available for power runs, ramps if required and I am hoping to have a noise meter with me to check levels and see whose loudest

would have liked to be there but just finishing rebuilding the engine and the ____starter motor decides to die

need to clock some local miles before any distance travelling

We had 10 kits turn up and a couple in tintops, mixture of RHSC, GBS, Quantum, Dax, Westfield, Caterhams, MEV and a Jago, rolling road top dog went off the scale at approx 290bhp (turbo hybusa). It also recorded the highest noise meter reading of the day whist on the rollers reaching 118.9dba.

Sound tests showed all but the MEV over 100dba at 3/4 revs leaving track days questionable for most

Next date will be July 17th meet and run out to Wadebridge Wheels show.
