Just wondering how hard it is or what I need in order to register the car as a new car?!?

Thanks in advance

I believe that at least 6 of the major components need to be new. You need to prove this with reciepts.

you are allowed 1 professionally rebuilt component (usually engine), the rest has to be brand new.

If your confident the car looks new, then push your luck. I did and got an 04 plate with no problems or awkward questions.

Just handed him a folder with a basic build diary and thousands of reciepts, fuel, tescos, any old reciept

Yer man, never even looked under the engine cover.
