Procomp contact
Nitrogeno25 - 6/8/13 at 12:20 AM

I heard very good comments about them. I'm interested in contacting them by the web but I didn't get any reply.

I'm in the other side of the world so email is the best option, can anybody help me to get in touch?

Many thanks.

Best regards,

Gonzalo.

You could try contacting Matt / Ivan through Locostbuilders. This is their profile page...

LINK

The delay you've experienced is likely due to them being super busy (which is because they are super well-respected ).

if your willing to come all the way over to the uk for a setup the cost of a 10min phone call is nothing to worry about.

I would imagine its more likely he's after free information? Possible why they've not replied too?

I've always found Matt very generous with his time and opinions.

Ben_Copeland - 6/8/13 at 09:07 AM

I'm sure he is, but some people take the wee ;-)

Email may not be the best for them. They asked me to email them then didnt reply!

That was regarding a visit not information.

I would suggest a U2U on here, or just ask on here in the right area.

If its an interesting point that the people in the know will want to contribute to then you will get opinions from tuners, manufactures, racers and people that have dabbled with these things for years.

Is that how businesses work now?
Some one needs to tell Andy@ABperformance this, he just talked my ears off offering free information knowing he wasn't going to make a penny frame me on this occasion.
He even paid for the call :s

Maybe, just maybe, the op would like to buy something from them?

i have try in the past to contact them for a set of shocks, mail and LCB mp.

but I communicate like this with a lot of uk company without issues.

I last spoke to ProComp a couple of months ago, really top blokes who know a great deal and are more than happy to share their knowledge. Had absolutely no problem reaching them on the phone.

However, they were so busy at the time that I can believe them not responding to emails/messages.

Depending on what the OP is after, maybe someone on here can help...

I rang them a couple of weeks for some advice, the following conversation lasted almost 30 mins. In the end I was feeling embarrassed by how much of their time I had taken. I've never been a customer of Procomp, but if my experience on the phone was anything to go by, they are one of the top companies I''ve dealt with.

it was like that when I went to see andy at ab performance, I reckon he spent well over an hour offering up all sorts of advice, and I'm never likely to be a big customer for him even if I do end up putting work his way once I've built my Haynes... seriously helpful and welcoming guy.

Hi.

Just to let you know. The OP's Email was replied to within 24Hrs.

Also just to let you know that although i am a trader on here i do not visit often. My U2U has quite a few msgs in. But unfortunately as previously mentioned some time ago i can not access them they refuse to load up.

Best method of contact is by Phone Tel 0121 3503258 Workshop
Email: matt@procomp . plus . com - spaces of course. However with something like 200 - 300 emails per day not all get picked up from the continual spam and usual rubbish.

Cheers Matt
